PTA

Our PTA, the Friends of St Faith’s is a group of parents and teachers who work together to enhance school life through social events and fundraising.

We meet regularly throughout the school year to plan fun activities such as the summer and Christmas fairs and the annual firework extravaganza.

Through these events, and others, we raise money for small and large activities and equipment. In recent years the Friends has paid for new musical instruments, funded projects in the Nature Garden and the funded painting of our interactive playground.

We also hold purely social events for parents and grandparents – with no agenda or fundraising. These include nights in the pub and coffee mornings as well as a yearly wine and wisdom evening.

The Friends is a great chance to meet other parents across all the year groups and to get involved in making St Faith’s an even better place for our children. You don’t have to join the committee to be involved, although new members are always welcome. Ways to get involved include offering your time for a couple of hours to help run a stall at one of our events. We also welcome new thoughts and ideas on fundraising activity and events, putting the fun into fundraising!

A great way to support the Friends is to join the Friends Lottery, a monthly prize draw where one half of the pot goes to great causes the Friends are raising money for and the other half to lucky winners. The prize pot grows the more people join, with fantastic odds! If you wish to get involved, simply ask a member of the Friends for more information.

Information on all future PTA meeting dates and planned activities are posted on the noticeboard near the sport fixtures, or please e-mail at: info@friendsofstfaiths.com

We look forward to meeting you.
