Great effort girls. You represented your school brilliantly!

Thursday 7 February

U9 Netball v Wellesley House.

The U9 girls travelled to Wellesley House for their next match of the season. Some year 3 children were given the opportunity to play and experience the fixture environment. The team as a whole played really well and came away comfortable winners 4-9. Player of the match went to Kitty McCullin. Well played girls!

U9 TAG Rugby v Lorenden Prep

Today the boys had a rare outing with the odd shaped ball. Yes! it was a Tag Rugby match hosted against Lorenden Prep School. Straight from the starters whistle Lorenden scored a well worked try and it was looking like it could be a long afternoon. However, the boys were resilient and persevered. Their tagging improved to the extent they were able to go into half time with the score at 5-5. The second half started the same as the first with some nice passing moves from Lorenden and St Faith’s fighting hard to stay in touch. However, eventually Lorenden used the width of the pitch better and attacked the space to make the final score 9-11. Player of the match went to Alex F. Good effort boys!
