Holiday Club Fun

Holiday Club kicks off with a musical theme during day 1 with acting, dancing and singing along with a very competitive game of handball (won by ‘Toilet Flush’) and a general knowledge quiz. In between all these things the children loved playing in the sunshine and enjoying the new play equipment.

An early downpour threatened to dampen spirits a little on day 2 of holiday club but St Faithians are never put off! By the time the rain stopped late in the morning, we had already played games, made Easter baskets, taken photos and made customised frames to put them in. Enjoying the brighter weather in the afternoon, Mr Ainsworth put his tracksuit to good use and umpired games of cricket and Aussie rules football amongst others. The bunny promises to visit before we leave so those Easter baskets will not be wasted!

Day 3 was predictably wet, but still spirits were high and a much loved game of musical chairs was played after some mini Olympics. We are ready for the arrival of Spring and a nature ramble…when it stops raining.
